Data controller

The Data Controller is AERREAUTO srl in the person of its legal representative and is responsible for the correct and legitimate use and conservation of your personal data and to whom you can contact to exercise your rights (indications at the bottom of this document) .

Responsible for data processing

Those responsible for processing your personal data are responsible towards you for the legitimate and correct use of your personal data and may be contacted for any information or request. The names and contact details of the data controllers may be consulted by you by following the instructions at the bottom of this document.

Nature of the data collected:

AERREAUTO srl needs to collect your personal data in order to respond to your requests (information, offers, sales, etc.). Such data may concern, for example: personal data, addresses and reference names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, tax code and/or VAT number. It is possible that data relating to the offers we have issued (even if not accepted), the orders placed, as well as all the data relating to our pages visited while browsing our site are also stored.

Purpose:

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

To be able to respond to your requests for information on our products and/or services and in general for any preliminary request to the definition of a specific order/contract (for example formulation of estimates, offers etc..).
For the execution of the operations envisaged by the stipulated contracts (supply of products and services, management of collections, payments etc..) and which may be stipulated in the future (see Art.6 C.1 Letterb of Reg.679/2016 ).
For the execution of administrative, fiscal, accounting, etc. obligations and obligations deriving from the contracts stipulated, as well as provided by current legislation, regulations and community legislation (see Art.6 C.1 Lett.bec of Reg.679/2016 ).
For the execution of the provisions given by authorities authorized to do so and by supervisory and control bodies (e.g. inspections by the tax authority). (see Art. 23, C.1 and C.2 of Reg.679/2016).

Treatment methods:

The data will be processed mainly with the aid of electronic tools and stored both on computer media and on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 32 of Reg. 679/2016 and Annex B of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003.

Nature of the contribution:

The provision of your personal data is optional, but a refusal in this sense makes it impossible for AERREAUTO srl to be able to process its requests for quotes, offers, issuing orders and contracts, as reported in points 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the “Purpose” paragraph. Therefore, the provision of data necessary to fulfill legal obligations connected with the purposes indicated in the previous points is mandatory.

Scope of communication and dissemination:

In addition to the owner and those responsible for the processing, some specific categories of subjects external to our company may also become aware of your personal data, as external managers, and always for purposes connected with the execution of the obligations deriving from contracts with stipulated by you or with the obligations established by laws, regulations, etc. These categories include, for example:

Accounting firms, administrative and accounting data processing centers in relation to the keeping of company records, keeping of balance sheets, accounting processing, etc..
External parties who perform functions related to the execution of the contract (external technicians, carriers, transporters, etc.).
Your personal data may also be communicated to subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal or regulatory provisions (Financial Police, Police Force, etc.)
No form of dissemination of your data is foreseen (making your data known to an indefinite number of subjects).

User Rights:

The interested party, pursuant to art. from 15 to 22 of Reg. 679/2016 and Art.7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to:

Obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you.
Obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period.
Obtain rectification (through specific authentication in the portal within your reserved area) and deletion of data.
Obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments.
Object to the processing at any time (where permitted by current laws see Art.6 C.1 Lett.bec of Reg.679/2016) and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes.
Ask the data controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns him or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability.
Revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
